Dr. Mohit Tannarana, Assistant professor of Physics from Parul University holds Ph.D. in Physics with research focus on "SbxSn1-xSe2 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) single crystals, ultrathin SnSe2 nano-sheets, SnSe2/CNT and SnSe2/GO nano-composites: Synthesis, characterization and versatile sensing applications". His diverse interests span Crystal growth, Nanomaterials, Synthesis & characterizations, Sensors and Detectors, Human interacting sensors and applications as photocatalysts.his work demonstrates a commitment to interdisciplinary research where Science, technology, health and societal challanges intersect.
